Equipping the Local Church to Connect with Young People
Each year we facilitate a series of training mornings for anyone working, volunteering or connecting with young people in any way. The content is crafted by experienced youth workers from across the country partnered with Youthscape. It is particularly helpful for those serving as part of a youth team in a church, but also those interested in gaining insights into youth culture and developing their skills to begin connecting with young people effectively.

Insights into the importance of youth ministry and growing up digital. Practical skills in building rapport and safeguarding. Developing love and openness in character.

Insights into adolescent development, family life and Gen Alpha. Practical skills in teamwork, participation and Bible exploration. Developing humility, forgivenss and discipline in character.
Saturday 27th June 2026
9.30am to 12.30pm
Insights into Christian discipleship, mental and emotional health. Practical skills in leading youth group sessions and storytelling. Developing authenticity and hopefulness in character.
Saturday 10th October 2026
9.30am to 13.30pm
Insights into school life, inclusion and engaging young people in mission. Practical skills in behaviour management and additional needs. Developing courage, faith and commitment in character.
